Exchange & Store Credit
We want you to love what you wear and carry. If it isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right through exchanges or store credit.
What qualifies for exchange?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and include proof of purchase.

Simple email to begin
Email returns@jokiina.com with your order number, item, and reason (fit, color, defect, changed mind). We’ll reply with instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid label or local drop‑off guidance.
Start ExchangeWhen do I receive credit?
After your parcel arrives and passes inspection, we issue store credit. You can also request store credit in your initial email for faster processing.
Who pays shipping?
Defects / wrong item: Jokiina provides a prepaid label.
Fit / preference exchange: Customers will have to cover shipping fees for returns.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Non-returnable items
Personalized or engraved goods (final sale). Hygiene items must remain sealed. Clearance/final‑sale items are not eligible unless defective.
Exchanges worldwide
Available in most countries. Duties and taxes are set by your local authority and are not refunded by Jokiina. Some regions require self‑shipping with tracking.
Store Credit Only — No Money Returned
Jokiina does not issue refunds to original payment methods. All approved exchanges are converted into store credit. Refunds are provided only where required by law.
Change of mind?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not processed or shipped. Once dispatched, please proceed with an exchange (store credit only).
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During high‑demand periods, dispatch may take up to 7 days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Policy agreement
By purchasing from Jokiina, you agree to this policy. We may update it at any time. Jokiina is not liable for packages lost during return transit without proof of tracking and delivery to our facility.
Follow your parcel
Use the carrier tracking link on your label. We’ll email you when inspection and approval are complete and credit is issued.
Can I return multiple orders in one box?
Yes—include each order number inside the parcel and, if space allows, write them on the label.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging and item within 24 hours and email support@jokiina.com. Keep all materials until we confirm next steps.
How do I track my exchange?
Use the carrier tracking link from your label. We’ll notify you once inspection and approval are complete.
